After New York (2017) and Lisbon (2022), France and Costa Rica co-organize the 3rd United Nations Conference on the Ocean (UNOC3) in Nice. Ten years after COP21 and the Paris Agreement, UNOC 3 intends to bring together all the Member States of the United Nations, their Heads of State and Government, specialized agencies, civil society, the private sector and international donors
