The Arctic: sentinel of climate deregulation

Between 2013 and 2018, photographer Olivier Anrigo participated in five expeditions in the countries of the North. From Lapland to Spitzberg, from Norway to Finland, he photographed a fantastic nature, but in danger. His bookArtik Circle, published in 2021,brings together a hundred of his most striking shots.

Since then, he has continued his work alongside Jean-Louis Etienne on the Polar Pod project.

A committed player in the fight against global warming, surrounded by specialists, climate scientists and glaciologists, he shows us the urgency of the current climate situation. The exhibition presented at the library offers a florilège of these previous photographs and more recent photographs.

Official Inauguration Saturday, February 8, 6 p.m. preceded at 4:30 p.m., of a meeting with Oliver Anrigo
