Cinema and sportmodern sharing a common birth and essencethe two most popular entertainments on the planet. Over the years, they have built their magic, popularity and passions around them. If sport became a social and political indicator of our world, cinema was the mirror. Many filmmakers, all over the world, taking into account the mythology of the athlete born with the XXecentury, the dramaturgies that sport generates in a ring, in a stadium, in a swimming pool, in the changing rooms or on a motor circuit. Through the representation of sport in all its diversity,this exhibition, the first of its kind, is the singular echo of this magical and spectacular encounter.
